Last checked November 2026. Hours can change on holidays and for special events.
Use the calendar’s daily listing to look beyond opening and closing times: it includes scheduled events, parades, fireworks and nighttime entertainment, shows, and atmosphere entertainment. Disney advises checking the daily calendar for updates to park hours and experiences. Check the official site before you go, because calendar information can change without notice.
How do Disneyland schedules differ by date and park?
Schedules differ by date and park, and the calendar has separate entries for Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Check the entry for the park you plan to visit rather than assuming both parks share the same hours or entertainment schedule.
If your plans include both parks, review both listings and account for the limits on moving between them. Park-to-park crossing is subject to capacity limits, operating hours, closures and other restrictions, so entry to the second park is not guaranteed.
How should you plan your arrival and park time?
Start with the date-specific hours, then use the daily listing to shape the order of your plans. If a parade, show or other scheduled experience matters to your day, check its listing alongside the park’s hours so you can account for it.
Security checkpoints are maintained at theme park entrances, Downtown Disney District and Resort hotels, and bag checks take place at the checkpoints. For more help organizing park time, use this practical Disneyland Park visit guide alongside the daily calendar.
How can nighttime entertainment affect your schedule?
Nighttime entertainment can extend your plans beyond daytime attractions, so check the daily calendar for its schedule before deciding when to leave the park. The calendar includes fireworks and nighttime entertainment, along with parades, shows and other listed experiences.
Use the listing for your chosen date rather than relying on a schedule from another day. The calendar is subject to change without notice, and park hours and entertainment can vary by date and park.
How do you get to Disneyland from the hotel?
Disneyland is about a 15-minute walk from Abby’s Anaheimer Inn - Across Disneyland Park, which offers guest rooms near Disneyland. The walk can fit into your plan before or after checking the park’s hours and daily schedule.
